Hi, I’m Michalah, owner and certified lash artist behind Ooh La Lash Studio in Kenosha, WI. I specialize in custom lash sets designed to enhance your natural beauty while keeping your lashes healthy and effortless. CANCELLATION POLICY
-A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service ($40 deposits for specials & foreign fills). -Special pricing is only valid when this service is booked. Booking a regular full set does not qualify for the promotional price. -Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in a total charge of 50% of the scheduled service price. -Rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service will require a new deposit. -Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and the above policy will apply. -Please understand that being late to your appointment reduces your service time & you may not get the fullness you desire.
