CANCELLATION POLICY

-A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service ($40 deposits for Monday Resets and Freestyle Fridays, $50 for foreign fills). -Cancellations and rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in a total charge of 50% of the scheduled service price. -Rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service will require a new deposit. -Please note that arriving more than 20 minutes late will be considered a no-show and the above policy will apply. -Please understand that being late to your appointment reduces your service time & you may not get the fullness you desire.
